1. Rust prevention
Because the piston part of the hydraulic oil cylinder will stretch out of the oil cylinder in the working state, it will naturally be corroded by oxides and acid gases, which requires us to coat it with appropriate grease for protection, so as to prevent the piston, as a load-bearing component, from being corroded and may break during the work.
2. Open the box and change the oil
The cylinder is sealed with vaporizing rust inhibitor, so the inlet plug shall not be removed before assembly. After the plug is removed, it should be installed on the engine body immediately, and the oil cylinder should be filled with oil. In order to prevent foreign matters from entering the hydraulic cylinder and increasing friction, the oil should also be changed frequently. The hydraulic oil also has a certain service life. If the oil is not changed for a long time, the internal part of the hydraulic cylinder will be damaged or eroded.
3. To control speed
During the operation of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the speed shall be controlled properly, and shall not exceed 2m/s, which can extend the service life of the hydraulic oil cylinder. The internal buffer device is useful for the protection of the hydraulic oil cylinder.
